中西医结合治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment for Gastroesophageal Reflux Cough

目的观察中西医结合在治疗胃食管反流性咳嗽症状的临床效果。方法选择该院2013年11月—2014年11月收治的100例胃食管反流性咳嗽患者,根据随机数字表法,将其平均分成参考组和实验组,平均每组50例,参考组实施标准西药抑制胃食管反流进行治疗,实验组则使用中西医相结合的治疗方法 ,在西药治疗基础上再加用和胃降逆止的咳方。待治疗过程结束后进行随访,比较两组患者的痊愈率和复发率,并进行具体分析。结果参考组的总体痊愈率为44%,实验组的总体痊愈率为82%;参考组复发率为28%,实验组的复发率为6%,实验组的复发率远远小于参考组。两组间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),存在可比性。结论中西医结合是一种高效、方便的反流性咳嗽治疗法,在医学方面具有较高的实践价值,其应该在临床医学领域得到大力推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatment for gastroesophageal reflux cough. Methods 100 cases of patients with gastroesophageal reflux cough admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group were treated with standardized western medicine, while the experimental group were treated with the Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and the patients were followed up after treatment, and the cure rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups and given the special analysis. Results The total cure rate was 44% in the control group and 82% in the experimental group, and the recurrence rate in the experimental group was much less than that in the control group（28% vs 6%）, and there were obvious differences between the two groups with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatment is an effective and simple method of gastroesophageal reflux cough, and it is of higher practice value in the medicine, which should be greatly promoted in clinical medicine.
