摘要
目的对早期急性心肌梗塞静脉溶栓治疗的临床疗效进行分析。方法选择2014年6月—2016年8月期间,该院收治的82例患者,均确诊为早期急性心肌梗塞,将82例患者作为该次研究对象,依据不同治疗手段,把全部患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组41例。其中对照组患者选择常规药物进行治疗,而实验组则是选择静脉溶栓进行治疗,对患者的血管的再通率以及不良反应等进行观察,并对溶栓时间和血管的再通率两者之间的关系。结果在对两组患者进行分别治疗后得出,实验组患者血管的再通率为80.48%,对照组患者血管的再通率为58.53%,实验组患者血管的再通率明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者不良反应发病率为19.50%,对照组患者不良反应发病率为60.90%,实验组患者明显对于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将实验组的治疗时间划分为6 h以内、6~12 h治疗时间,其中实验组在6 h内的再通率为91.30%,而在6~12 h之间的再通率为50.00%,前者明显高于后者,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究发现,在对早期急性心肌梗塞患者进行治疗时,采取静脉溶栓具有良好临床疗效,不仅能改善患者血管的再通率,而且还能减少不良反应的发病率,值得临床不断推广。
Objective To analyze the intravenous thrombolysis treatment for early acute myocardial infarction. Methods 82 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2014 to August 2016 were selected and diagnosed with the early acute myocardial infarction, and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each according to different treatment methods, the control group were treated with routine drugs, while the experimental group were treated with intravenous thrombolysis, and the reperfusion rate of blood vessels and adverse reactions were observed, and the correlation between the thrombolysis time and reperfusion rate was dbserved. Results After treatment, the reperfusion rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group (80.48% vs 58.53%), and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was obviously fewer than that in the control group(19.50% vs 60.90%), and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05); and the treatment time in the experimental group was divided into three phases, and the reperfusion rate within 6 h, between 6 h and 12 h was respectively 91.30% and 50.00%, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The research showed that the clinical curative effect of intravenous thrombolysis treatment for early acute myocardial infarction is good, which can not only improve the reperfusion rate of blood vessel of patients but also reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions, and it is worth continuous promotion in clinic.
