中医推拿结合耳尖放血治疗肝亢风动型儿童抽动障碍临床疗效观察

目的观察中医推拿结合耳尖放血治疗肝亢风动型儿童抽动障碍的疗效。方法肝亢风动型儿童抽动障碍患儿60例，随机分为观察组30例，对照组30例，观察组采用中医推拿结合耳尖放血治疗，对照组采用口服盐酸硫必利治疗。结果观察组有效率93．3％，对照组86．7％，两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组远期有效率93．3％，对照组60％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组耶鲁评分、中医症候积分均有改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组优于对照组。结论中医推拿结合耳尖放血治疗肝亢风动型抽动障碍疗效可靠，远期疗效好，复发率低，元不良反应，易被家长、患儿接受，临床值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with bloodletting therapy on treating in children with tic disororders of livor-wind hyperactivity move. Methods 60 patients diagnosed with tic disorders of liver-wind hyperactivity move were randomly divided into observation group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases, the observation group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine massitge combined with bloodletting therapy, and the control group treated with tiapride hydrochloride tablets. Results The effective rate of observation group was 93.3%, and it was 86.7% in the control group, there was no statistical difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ） .The long- term effective rate was 93.3% in the observation group versus 60% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The two groups of Yale scores and TCM symptoms scores were improved, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） , and the observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with bloodletting therapy on treating in children with tic disorders of live-wind hyperactivity move has the advantages such as reliable effect, long-term therapeutical effect, low recurrence rate, no adverse effect, easily accepted by parents and children, and it is worth clinical promoting.
