比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效研究

Research on Clinical Curative Effect of Bisoprolol and Simvastatin in Treatment of Senile Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探究分析比索洛尔结合辛伐他汀诊治老年不稳定心绞痛的临床效果。方法择选2011年11月—2012年12月在该院诊治不稳定心绞痛的老年患者96例,所有病患在入院时对病情进行了确诊,根据诊治方法分为参照组和实验组,各组患者48例。给予参照组患者利用辛伐他汀展开诊治,实验组利用比索洛尔结合辛伐他汀展开诊治,对比两组的诊治效果以及不良反应率。结果参照组患者临床诊疗整体有效率为77.08%,实验组的整体有效率为91.67%,实验组要高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者在展开诊治之后心悸、乏力、头昏、面红发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以上不良反应都是一过性,持续使用药物可以使得症状减缓或者消失,患者都没有发生心力衰竭或者心肌梗死。两组患者不良反应产生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在诊治老年不稳定心绞痛的过程中,借助比索洛尔结合辛伐他汀能够在一定程度上获得显著的医学治疗作用,能够全面降低不良反应的产生率,比索洛尔结合辛伐他汀诊治老年不稳定型心绞痛,能够全面减缓患者的心绞痛程度,并且减少心绞痛发生的次数,简短疼痛的时间,同时有效完善心电图的状况,具备较好的诊治效果,并且出现不良反应的机率比较低等特征。具有临床推广意义。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Bisoprolol and Simvastatin in treatment of senile unstable angina pectoris. Methods 96 cases of senile patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2011 to December 2012 were selected and divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group were treated with Simvastatin, the experimental group were treated with Bisoprolol and Simvastatin, and the treatment effect and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical holistic effective rate in the control group in the control group was 77.08% and 91.67% in the experimental group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, and the difference in the incidence rate of heart palpitations, fatigue, dizziness and flushing after treatment between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）, and the continuous use of drugs could relieve or eliminate the symptoms, and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of senile unstable angina pectoris, the bisoprolol and simvastatin can comprehensively relieve the angina pectoris degree of patients and frequency of angina pectoris, shorten the pain time, effectively improve the electrocardiogram condition with better treatment effect and lower incidence rate of adverse reactions, which is worth clinical promotion.
