椎体球囊扩张治疗老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折

Analysis of Centrum Balloon Dilation in Treatment of Senile Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的探究椎体球囊扩张术对老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年4月—2015年5月入诊该院的58例胸腰椎压缩性骨折的老年患者,所有患者均采用椎体球囊扩张术进行治疗,于治疗后进行1年随访,观察术前以及术后所有患者VAS评分、活动能力、X线椎体高度以及cobb角变化情况并对比。结果对所有58例患者的手术过程进行总结发现手术成功58例,成功率为100.00%,平均骨水泥注入量为(6.47±1.58)m L,骨水泥渗漏率为6.90%。患者术后VAS评分、活动能力评分、椎体高度以及cobb角数值分别为(2.34±0.94)分、(1.25±0.67)分、(2.52±0.57)cm、(19.84±10.47)°,均优于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎体球囊扩张术对老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折具有较好疗效,术后患者疼痛、活动能力、椎体高度以及cobb角均有较好改善,具有较好的手术成功率。

Objective To study the effect of eentrum balloon dilation in treatment of senile thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods 58 cases of senile patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2015 were randomly selected and all patients were treated with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture, and all patients were followed up after 1-year treatment, and the preoperative and postoperative VAS score, capacity for action, X ray centrum height and Cobb angel changes were compared. Results In the operative course, there were 58 cases with successful operation, and the success rate was 100.00%, and the average injection amount of bone cement was （6.47±1.58）mL, and the leakage rate of bone cement was 6.90%, and the postoperative VAS score, capacity of activity, centrum height and Cobb angel value were respectively （2.34±0.94） marks, （1.25±0.67） marks, （2.52±0.57）cm and （19.84±10.47）o, which were better than those before operation, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of centrum balloon dilation in treatment of senile thoraeolumbar vertebral compression fracture is better, and the postoperative pains, capacity of activity, centrum height and Cobb angel are better improved with better operation successful rate.
