手术治疗严重多发性骨关节创伤临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Operation in Treatment of Severe Multiple Bone Joint Trauma

目的探究手术治疗严重多发性骨关节创伤的临床效果,为今后临床治疗提供可靠的经验。方法随机选取100例于2015年7月—2016年7月来该院就诊的多发性骨关节创伤患者100例,将所有患者随机分为两组,观察组50例,对照组50例,给予观察组患者手术治疗,给予对照组患者保守治疗,对比两组患者的抢救成功率,内脏再出血及呼吸系统并发症发生情况等。结果结果显示,观察组内脏再出血占4.0%,呼吸系统占4.0%,抢救成功率为100.0%。对照组内脏再出血占12.0%,呼吸系统并发症占20.0%,抢救成功率为80.0%。观察组抢救成功率明显高于对照组,且内脏再出血发生率和呼吸体统并发症发生率低于对照组。经统计学检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗严重多发性骨关节创伤的临床效果显著,可有效降低多发伤的病死率,值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of operation in treatment of severe multiple bone joint trauma and provide reliable experience for the future clinical treatment. Methods 100 cases of patients with multiple bone joint wound treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were randomly selected gnd randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the observation group were treated with operation, while the control group were given the conservative treatment, and the rescue success rate and occurrence of respiration system complications were compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that the incidence rate of bowel rebleeding and respiration systen was respectively 4.0% and 4.0%, and the rescue success rate was 100.0% in the observation group, while the incidenct rate of bowel rebleeding and respiration system was respectively 12.0% and 20.0%, and the rescue success rate was 80.0%, and the rescue success rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the incidence rate of bowel rebleeding rate and respiration system complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance after the statistical test（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of operation in treatment of multiple bone joint trauma is obvious, which can effectively reduce the death rate of multiple wounds, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
