耳软骨在鼻综合整形手术中的应用价值分析

目的探讨耳软骨在鼻综合整形手术中的应用价值。方法2014年1月至2015年10月接受鼻综合整形手术治疗患者50例，所有患者采用耳软骨进行鼻综合整形手术治疗，手术后进行随访，观察整形效果、并发症发生情况、患者对整形手术效果的满意情况。结果术后随访6个月-2年，患者对鼻综合整形手术效果满意，整形效果好，整形后更接近鼻部解剖结构，鼻尖形态良好，无鼻畸形发生。结论耳软骨在鼻综合整形手术中的应用价值高，操作较为简单，且取材方便，具有良好的整形效果，可更好修饰鼻尖，提高鼻部美观度和患者满意度，值得椎产，

Objective To evaluate the value of ear cartilage in nasal plastic surgery. Methods Fifty patients underwent nasal plastic surgery from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected in the study. All patients underwent nasal plastic surgery with otic cartilage. All patients were followed up after operation to observe the effect of plastic surgery and complications. Comprehensive satisfaction of the results of plastic surgery. Results After 6 months to 2 years follow-up, the patients were satisfied with the comprehensive operation of nasal plastic surgery, plastic surgery was better, plastic surgery closer to the nasal anatomy, nasal morphology was good, no nasal deformity occurred. Conclusion The application of otic cartilage in nasal plastic surgery is very simple, easy to operate and draw, with good plastic surgery effect, can better modify the nose, improve the nose aesthetics and patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
