特殊类型子宫肌瘤的临床与病理分析

目的探讨特殊类型子宫肌瘤的临床病理特点，对其治疗方法进行分析。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2015年12月特殊类型子宫平滑肌瘤患者的临床资料，其中富于细胞型平滑肌瘤183例，非典型平滑肌瘤20例，上皮样平滑肌瘤12例，总结其临床特点。结果特殊类型子宫肌瘤的性质多为良性肿瘤，且发病速度较为缓慢，富于细胞型平滑肌瘤、非典型平滑肌瘤及上皮样平滑肌瘤在症状表现和临床特征上与普通子宫肌瘤相似，治疗与子宫肌瘤原则一致。结论特殊类型子宫肌瘤多呈现出良性特征，且临床表现大多与一般子宫肌瘤相似，临床可根据不同特殊类型子宫肌瘤的特点予以鉴别，并选择适宜的手术方法进行治疗。

Objective To explore the special pathological types of uterine myomas clinical and pathological features, and to analyze the treatment. Methods 183 cases of cellular leiomyoma patients, 20 cases of atypical leiomyoma patients and 11 cases of epithelioid leiomyoma patients from January 2008 to December 2015 were selected and treated in the period.The clinical date were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results The general natures of the particular types of uterine myomas were benign tumors, and the incidence rate was relatively slow, in which cellular leiomyoma, atypical leiomyoma and epithelioid leiomyoma in symptoms and clinical features on ordinary uterine myomas were very similar, and the treatment was similar. Conclusion Special type of uterine fibroids emerged mostly benign feature, and the clinical manifestations are mostly similar to the general uterine fibroids, may be identified according to the different clinical types of uterine fibroids special features, and select the appropriate operation method for treatment.
