手术切除治疗中央型肝细胞肝癌临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Operation Resection in Treatment of Central Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的选择以手术切除为主的系列疗法治疗中央型肝细胞肝癌患者,探讨治疗后患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月—2016年1月期间该院接收的中央型肝细胞肝癌患者100例,分为对照组和实验组,对照组实施单独手术切除方法,实验组采取以手术切除为主的系列治疗方法,对患者进行为期4个月~2年的随访,详细记录患者的症状,根据随访结果计算两组患者的治疗后的生存情况。结果经治疗后,对照组出现22例并发症,并发症发生率为44.0%;手术后1年生存患者30例,2年生存患者19例;实验组出现14例并发症,并发症发生率为28.0%,手术后1年生存患者41例,2年生存患者29例,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取以手术切除为主的系列治疗措施治疗中央型肝细胞肝癌患者,结果显示该方法安全有效,效果显著,值得大力推广和应用。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of operation resection in treatment of patients with central human hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 100 cases of patients with central human hepatocellular carcinoma admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group were treated with operation resection method, while the experimental group adopted the series treatment method taking the operation resection as main, and the patients were followed up for 4 months and 2 years, and the symptoms of patients were recorded in detail, and the survival condition of patients after operation were calculated according to the follow-up results, Results After treatment, there were 22 cases of patients with complications and the incidence rate of complications was 44.0% in the control group, and the 30 cases were survival in 1 year after operation, and 19 cases were survival in 2 years after operation, and in the experimental group, there were 14 cases with complications, and the incidence rate of complications was 28.0%, and 41 cases were survival in 1 year after operation, and 29 eases were survival in 2 years after operation, and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adopting the series treatment measures taking operation resection as main in treatment of patients with central human hepatocellular carcinoma is safe and effective, and the effect is obvious, which is worth great promotion and application.
