刍议清热通腑活血方汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并发肠功能障碍的疗效

Analysis of Curative Effect of Clearing Heat Tongfu Hongxue Tang in Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis and Intestinal Dysfunction

目的探究清热通腑活血方汤治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)并发肠功能障碍的疗效。方法将该院收治的SAP并发肠功能障碍患者50例选为该次研究对象,收治时间为2015年1月—2016年2月期间,进行计算机随机分组,将上述患者分为观察组(25例)与对照组(25例),对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组实施清热通腑活血方汤治疗,对两组SAP并发肠功能障碍患者的临床症状恢复/缓解时间,治疗前后白细胞计数、肌酐、血尿素氮、APACHEⅡ评分。结果观察组患者的腹胀缓解时间为(6.92±0.73)d,腹痛缓解时间为(5.01±0.36)d,排便缓解时间为(6.32±1.03)d,排气时间为(4.42±0.43)d,均明显短于对照组,两组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的WBC为(8.99±0.73)109/L,Cr为(85.93±12.01)μmol/L,BUN为(15.18±2.02)mmol/L,APACHE评分为(6.31±0.56)分,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热通腑活血方汤治疗SAP并发肠功能障碍的临床疗效显著,可缩短患者临床症状恢复时间。

Objective To study the curative effect of clearing heat Tongfu Hongxue Tang in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and intestinal dysfunction. Methods 50 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis and intestinal dysfunction admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 25 eases in each, the control group were treated with routine western medicine, the observation group were treated with clearing heat Tongfu Hongxue Tang, and the clinical symptoms recovery and relieving time, white cell count before and after operation, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and APACHE II score of patients in the two groups Were eompared. Results The abdominal distension relief time, abdominal pain relief time, caeation relief time and exhaust time in the observation group were respectively （6.92±0.73）, （5.01±0.36）,（6.32±1.03）,（4.42±0.43）d, which were obviously shorter than those in the control group, and the difference in the bowel sound between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）, and the WBC, Cr, BUN and APACHE in the observation group were respectively （8.99±0.73） 10^9/L, （85.93±12.01）μmol/L, （ 15.18±2.02）mmol/L and （6.31±0.56）points, which were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of clearing heat Tongfu Hongxue Tang in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and intestinal dysfunction is obvious, which can shorten the clinical symptom recovery time of patients.
