改良换药法在PICC置管口液体渗漏患者中的应用

目的探讨改良处理方法在PICC置管口渗液患者中的应用效果。方法2014年9月至2015年8月PICC置管后发生置管口渗液的患者21例，制订改良处理方法，严密观察患者置管口渗液情况及相关临床症状。结果21例渗液患者经改良处理方法处理后均成功保留导管，渗液好转顺利完成治疗，无一例发生感染、导管滑脱等并发症。结论采用改良处理方法处理PICC置管口渗液患者，有利于降低护理工作量，减少相关并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the application of improved treatment in patients with pipe-penetration in PICC. Methods 21 cases from September 2014 to August 2015 occurred after PICC catheter patients with catheter drainage mouth, to develop improved processing method, strict observation catheter drainage condition and related clinical symptoms. Results 21 cases of patients treated with modified drainage method after processing were successfully retained catheter, drainage improvement in complete treatment, no complications such as infection, catheter slippage. Conclusion The treatment of PICC patients with the treatment of PICC with improved treatment is helpful to reduce the nursing workload and reduce the incidence of related complications.
