延伸护理改善乙型肝炎肝硬化遵医行为及病情的应用研究

目的探讨分析延伸护理改善乙型肝炎肝硬化遵医行为及病情的应用。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月期间该院收治的70例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者作为观察对象。将其简单随机分为两组,观察组35例,对照组35例。对照组乙型肝炎肝硬化患者使用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,给予延伸护理进行干预。6个月后,对比2组患者的遵医行为评分、肝功能以及生活质量评分。结果观察组乙型肝炎肝硬化患者在护理后遵医行为评分、生活质量评分均显著优于对照组,且ALT为(32.63±13.87)U/L、AST(25.39±12.28)U/L、TBIL(16.29±6.43)μmol/L等肝功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延伸护理可有效改善乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的遵医行为和肝功能,护理效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective To study the application of extended care in improving the compliance behavior of hepatitis B and disease. Methods 70 cases of patients with hepatitis B admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the extended nursing for intervention on the basis of the routine nursing, after 6-month, the compliance behavior score, liver function and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance behavior score and quality of life score after nursing of patients with hepatitis B in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the liver function indicators such as ALT, AST and TBIL [（32.63±13.81）U/L, （25.39±12.28）U/L, （16.29±6.34）μmol/L], which were better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The extended nursing can effectively improve the compliance behavior and liver function of patients with hepatitis B, and the nursing effect is obvious, which is worth promotion and application.
