摘要
以中医基础理论为依据,从肺纤维化的病机出发,深入剖析气虚、血瘀、大肠腑气不降与肺纤维化的关系,并结合临床验案阐述健脾活血降气法治疗肺纤维化的疗效,为临床诊治提供新的理论依据。
According to TCM basic theory, starting from the pathogenesis of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis （PIF）, the relationship between Qi deficiency, blood stasis and impairment of Fu-Qi downbearing and PIF was investigated thoroughly, it was illustrated that the method of spleen-invigorating blood-activating and Qi-descending is effective in treating PIF to a certain degree combined with the effective cases in clinic, which could provide new theoretical evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
