喉癌患者术后营养风险评估与生存质量的关系

The Study on the Relationship between Quality of Life and Nutritional Risk Assessment of the Patients after the Operation of Laryngocarcinoma

目的:了解喉癌术后患者营养风险与生存质量的现状及其关系。方法:分别采用自行设计的一般情况调查问卷、营养风险筛查评分简表、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生存质量核心量表对58例喉癌术后患者进行调查,探讨营养风险评估与患者生存质量的关系。结果:喉癌术后患者营养风险总评分为(3.62±1.48)分,营养风险发生率为32.76%;喉癌术后患者整体生存质量得分为(113.59±3.06)分,处于中等水平;喉癌术后患者营养风险与其生存质量存在负相关(P<0.05)。结论:医护人员应准确、及时地评估喉患术后患者的营养状况,及时改善患者的营养不良状况,以提高患者的生存质量。

Objective： To understand the present situation of nutritional risk and quality of life of the patients after the operation of laryngocarcinoma and explore the relationship between them. Methods： Selfmade questionnaire for general conditions, nutritional risk screening scaling, European organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer-Quality of Life Core Scale （EORTC-QLQ） were adopted to survey 58 patients after the operation of laryngocarcinoma respectively, to explore the relationship between nutritional risk assessment and quality of life of the patients. Results： Total scales of nutritional risk of the patients after the operation of laryngocarcinoma were （3.62±1.48）, the incidence of nutritional risk was 32.76%; the scales 0f overall quality of life of the patients after the operation of laryngoearcinoma were （113.59±3.06）, in the medium level; nutritional risk of the patients was negatively related to their quality of life （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The doctor and nurses should assess nutritional conditions of the patients accurately and timely and timely correct malnutrition of the patients to raise quality of life of the patients.
