The development of credit rating market in Heilongjiang province is relatively backward and such factors as few market players, narrow business scope, lack of credibility in terms of rating results restrict the further development of the rating market. Therefore, suggestions are made as follows: persist in market-orientation to expand the business scope, develop innovative products and services and accelerate the application of rating products to enhance the market competitiveness, and improve the supporting policies for credit rating market development and strengthen the standardized management of credit rating agencies and industry self-regulation, so as to facilitate the healthy and standardized development of the market credit rating.
