开放教育的实践和发展为教育领域打开了新视角。随着信息技术的快速发展和国际交流合作的加强,开放教育在学习自主权、网络的应用、自学教材以及学习支持服务等方面呈现出新的时代特征。面对未来学习型社会的需要,如何进行办学模式和学习方式的转型、拓宽教育渠道、开放教育资源、提升人才培养层次、增加终身教育机会以及开放教育国际化,已成为开放教育在新形势下面临的重要挑战。

Open education along with its implement and development has widened the horizon of education field. With the rapid progressof information technology and the strengthening of international communication, open education has demonstrated new characteristics invarious aspects such as learning autonomy, networking application, self-instructional materials and learning support services. When facingthe increasing demand for the formation of a learning society in near future, new challenges for open education have appeared includingtransforming school operation mode, exploring new learning ways, broadening education channels, opening education resources, promotingtraining level, increasing the chance of lifelong education and opening overseas education.
