摘要
在构建终身教育体系的新形势下,课程辅导教师作为学生管理主体,承担着教学改革、课程设计和学生支持服务等多重职能,发挥着重要的保障作用。目前,电大课程辅导教师存在团队比例失衡、教学观念及方式落后等突出问题,通过明确课程辅导教师的职能定位、调整队伍结构、更新教师观念、注重个体培养以及建立考评体系等方式,进一步优化师资队伍结构,可以更好地满足天津电大向开放大学转型发展的现实需求。
As the principal part of student management,course tutors bear multiple functions and play an important role under the new situation of building a lifelong education system,such as the teaching reform,course design and student support services.At present,course tutors in Tianjin Open University presents imbalance of team member proportion and lagging-behind in teaching idea and method.By defining course tutors' function orientation,adjusting team structure,updating their concepts,paying attention to course tutors' training,and establishing evaluation system,this study aims to further optimize the structure of teaching staff,so as to better meet the need of development of Tianjin Open University.
