摘要
"工匠精神"是基于当前国家经济发展方式转变和经济结构战略性调整而提出的。高级技工、创新型技能人才的缺乏,使高职在人才培养中融合"工匠精神"成为育人的必要前提。在工匠精神严谨、执着、专注的特质背后,是对创新的追求,而创新精神和能力也恰恰是中国实现现代化发展的迫切需要,所以在讨论"工匠精神"对于高职人才培养的作用时不能仅仅着眼于职业素养、专业技能教育,更要看到其创新精神及创新能力培养的重要作用。
"Artisan spirit" is proposed based on the current changes in China's economic development and the strategic adjustment of e-conomic structure. In the face of the lack of senior technicians and talents with innovative skills, vocational training has become prerequi-site in the cultivation of talent "artisan spirit" cultivation. Under the rigorous, persistent, devoted characteristics of "artisan spirit", thepursuit of innovation foregrounds, the spirit and ability being urgently needed to achieve many national strategies in China. So the functionof "artisan spirit" in vocational training does not only cover professionalism and professional skills, but also innovative spirit and the cul-tivation of innovative ability.
