摘要
京津冀协同发展战略不仅对地区经济发展产生促进作用,同时也为京津冀地区高等教育带来重大机遇。随着慕课的普及和发展,慕课成为高校教育协同发展的重要途径之一。慕课对于京津冀高校教育协同创新具有搭建平台的作用,但京津冀高校在联合过程中存在教学资源共享程度低等问题。各高校应在《京津冀协同发展纲要》的基础上,从课程设计、线上教学设计、线下教学设计以及认定与评价方面明确阶段主体和阶段任务,并结合实际情况和区位定位,从制度、师资、企业、平台和项目的具体路径,实现教育的协同创新。
The coordinated development strategy in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Areas does not only promote the development of regionaleconomy, but also brings great opportunities for higher education. With the popularity and development of Moot, it becomes one of the im-portant ways to getting cooperative development of colleges and universities. Through a detailed analysis of Mooc which plays a role of col-laborative innovation platform in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei colleges and universities, and the status that these united colleges and universitiesare in different levels and no standard system, according to the different definitions to Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Areas from outline, weput forward a specific design of innovative modes of coordination. The program makes clear the stage body and phased mission from fouraspects, including teaching affairs in curriculum design for universities and colleges, online teaching design, oflline teaching design, andidentification and evaluation. Based on the combination of the actual situation and location advantage, we provide five model practices andspecific routes, including system route, teaching route, enterprise route, platform route and project route.
