摘要
分析企业家精神的内涵和外延,认为企业家精神决定于企业家素质,企业家素质决定于企业家的出生和修养;市场资源配置离不开企业家;应准确把握市场在资源配置中起决定性作用的内涵,保护企业家精神。市场要有效地配置资源必须做好三点:建立科学、合理的"政商关系";降低企业负担,增强企业活力;扩大内需,适应消费变化。
Analyzing the connotation and extension of entrepreneurial spirit, the paper states that entrepreneurial spirit depends on entrepreneurial quality and entrepreneurial quality depends on the entrepreneur＇s emergence and culture ; market-based resources allocation cannot do without entrepreneurs ; it＇ s necessary to make accurate mastery of what the decisive role of the market in resources allocation means and enhance entrepreneurial spirit. Three major points must be stressed for the effective allocation of market-based resources ： establishing a scientific and reasonable government-business relationship; reducing the burden on enterprises to enhance the vitality of enterprises; and expanding domestic demand to adapt to consumption changes.
