摘要
对自动物料装瓶系统进行机械系统、气动系统、PLC电气系统的方案设计和控制程序开发,该机械能够实现医药生产过程中药品装瓶、计数、加盖、拧紧、入库等环节的自动化生产。
The plan of automatic system of medicine filled bottle is designed. Its mechanical system, pneumatic system, program- mable logical controller （PLC） electrical system were designed, and the control programmer was developed. Automatic filled bottle, counted, sealed and tighten the cap, and stored of medicine can be implemented in the production process.
