摘要
针对航空机轮刹车试验台调整机轮姿态存在的效率低、工作量大及设备庞大等问题,设计了伺服油缸推动摩擦盘带动回转轴承及机轮旋转,自动调整机轮偏航角度,并用液压制动器松开和夹紧摩擦转盘的机构;设计了让底座后端绕前面枢轴在水平面步进旋转,模拟机轮倾斜角度的机构,并考虑了枢轴合理位置及结构。经过受力分析、计算与强度校核,完善了设计。改进后的设备是航空机轮试验设备的一次升级。
There are lots of problems in Testing Table for aircraft wheel brake, such as the huge equipment space, the low effi- ciency and heavy workload in adjusting the attitude of aircraft wheel, in order to deal with them, the structure is designed with a servo cylinder driving the friction plate, following a bearing and wheel rotational driven. By using the structure, the angle of the yaw could be automatically adjusted. Also the structure was designed which taking hydraulic brake to release and clamp friction plate, and the base back end was designed to rotate around front pivot in horizontal plane by step. By using the structure, the angle of the lean could be simulated, with considering of rational position of the pivot and structure. Through force analysis, strength and calculation check, the design is perfected. The improved equipment represents an upgrade of the Testing Table for aircraft wheel.
