摘要 一些工业搅拌过程多采用单一的搅拌方式,如制备半固态合金流变浆料,并不能取得较好的效果,为此提出双电机复合搅拌方法。搅拌速度的精确控制是影响搅拌性能的关键,采用组态界面与单片机相结合控制使双电机有效协调运行,实现对搅拌速度的准确控制。该系统主要由交直流电机及其驱动电路、单片机系统和组态界面组成。实验结果表明,该系统能够实现双电机速度的精确匹配,满足工业搅拌用电机的要求,并将提出的控制方法应用于实验室半固态合金浆料的制备中,验证了提出方法的有效性。 Some industrial agitation processes with single agitation method, such as preparation of semisolid al- loy rheological slurry, can not achieve good results. Therefore, double motor compound agitation method is pro- posed. Since the precise control of agitation speed is the key to affect the agitating performance, the control method combining KingView interface with microcontroller is adopted for effectively coordinating the double motor operation so as to achieve precise control of the agitation speed. The system is mainly composed of AC/ DC motor and its drive circuit, microcontroller system and the KingView interface. The experimental results show that the system can realize the exact match of the double-motor speed, which meets the requirements of the industrial agitation motor. The proposed control method is applied to the preparation of semi-solid alloy slurry in laboratory, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
