摘要
城轨列车的传导发射试验中对不对称编组列车和第三轨列车的噪声计电流测试需要同时使用多个传感器,并使用多通道示波器来采集多个牵引单元的噪声电流数据,通过后续处理求出加权后的噪声计电流。通过以太网口建立多通道的横河示波记录仪DL850与计算机的互联通信的方法,在LabVIEW编程环境下,设计基于LabVIEW的噪声计电流数据处理软件。测试结果表明,该软件能够将DL850采集的多通道动态时域电压信号存储至计算机中,实现多路时域信号相加、时域频域转换和频域信号加权计算,得到标准规定的噪声电流加权值,改善了城轨列车传导发射试验中数据处理的效率。
In urban rail train conducted emission tests, several current sensors are used to measure the pso- phometer currents of asymmetric marshaling trains and the third rail trains. The psophometer current signals of multiple traction units are acquired by using ScopeCorder with multiple channels. The weighted psophometer currents are calculated by subsequent data processing. In LabVIEW programming environment, the communica- tion between Yokogawa ScopeCorders DL850 and computers based on Ethernet front-end ports is established and the data processing software of psophometer current is developed based on LabVIEW. The test results indi- cate that the multi-channel dynamic voltage signals of DL850 can be acquired and saved in computer, and pso- phometer currents specified by standard can be calculated through time-domain signal summation, FFT and weighted calculating method. The efficiency of data processing in urban rail train conducted emission tests is improved.
