3D-DSA诊断脑血管疾病520例临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用价值,并与2D-DSA进行比较。方法回顾性分析怀疑为脑血管疾病患者520例的临床资料,所有患者同时进行常规2D-DSA和3D-DSA检查,并对结果进行比较分析。结果 520例患者中,检出脑动脉瘤320例,脑动脉狭窄或闭塞73例,脑动静脉畸形55例,烟雾病25例,颅内占位性病变10例。2D-DSA脑血管疾病检出率为80.38%(418/520),3D-DSA的检出率为92.88%(483/520),两种方法检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论诊断脑血管疾病,3D-DSA更具有临床价值,可以作为2D-DSA检查的优化或补充。 Objective To analyze the value of three-dimension digital subtraction angiography (3D-DSA) in the diag- nosis of eerebrovaseular diseases, and to compare it with two-dimension digital subtraction angiography (2D-DSA). Methods The clinical data of 520 patients who were suspected as cerebrovaseular diseases were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients underwent both routine 2D-DSA and 3D-DSA examinations, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results Among the 520 patients, there were 320 patients with cerebral artery aneurysm, and 73 patients with cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion, 55 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation (AVM), 25 patients with moyamoya disease (MMD) and 10 patients with intracranial space occupying lesion. The detection rate of cerebrovaseular diseases with 2D-DSA was 80.38% (418/520), while the detection rate of 3D-DSA was 92.88% (483/520), the difference in detection rate between two methods was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion For the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases, 3D-DSA has more clinical value and can be regarded as the optimization and supplement for 2D-DSA examination.
