鼻腔扩容术联合内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲临床效果

Clinical effect of nasal cavity expansion surgery and endoscopic correction of nasoseptal deviation in the treatment of deviation of nasal septum

目的探讨鼻腔扩容术与内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的临床疗效。方法选择我院84例鼻中隔偏曲患者,根据治疗方式分为两组,各42例。对照组予以内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术,观察组在此基础上予以鼻腔扩容术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后并发症发生情况及术后满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率、术后并发症发生率及术后总满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对鼻中隔偏曲患者实施内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术联合鼻腔扩容术治疗,能有效提高患者临床疗效,降低并发症发生率,安全性较高,且患者术后满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal cavity expansion surgery and endoscopic correction of nasoseptal deviation in the treatment of deviation of nasal septum. Methods Eighty-four patients with deviation of nasal septum in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with treatment methods, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given endoscopic correction of nasoseptal deviation, while the observation group added nasal cavity ex- pansion surgery based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, postoperative complications and postoperative satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate, the incidence rate of postoperative complications and the total postoperative satisfaction of the observation group were superior to those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic correction of nasoseptal deviation and nasal cavity expansion surgery for deviation of nasal septum can effectively increase clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of complications, with higher safety and postoperative satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
