加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗膝骨性关节炎80例临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析加味黄芪桂枝五物汤在膝骨性关节炎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月我院门诊收治的膝骨性关节炎患者160例,按患者意愿分对照组和治疗组,各80例。治疗组患者给予加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,对照组患者给予西药治疗。以1周为1个疗程,共治疗2~3个疗程后,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的82.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予膝骨性关节炎患者加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,可明显缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,有助于帮助患者实现早日康复,值得在临床上推广和应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis from January 2014 to Decem- ber 2015 in our outpatient service were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the wishes of the patients, with 80 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction, while the control group received western medicine. One week as a course of treatment, after a total of 2-3 courses, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 92.50% in the treat- ment group, which was significantly higher than 82.50% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion For patients with knee osteoarthritis, modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the treatment effect and help patients achieve early recovery, which is worthy to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
