桑杷止咳汤治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Sangpa Zhike decoction in the treatment of acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis

目的观察桑杷止咳汤对慢性支气管炎急性发作的治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的56例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者,按照治疗方法将患者分成观察组和对照组,各28例。对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组同时给予桑杷止咳汤治疗,治疗1周后,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.43%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者咳嗽症状量化得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组咳嗽症状量化得分均有一定下降(P<0.001),且观察组得分低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论慢性支气管炎急性发作患者采用桑杷止咳汤治疗的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,治疗安全、可靠,值得临床深入推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sangpa Zhike decoction in the treatment of acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis. Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was additionally given Sangpa Zhike decoction. One week later, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.43%, which was significantly higher than 78.57% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, the scores of cough symptoms in the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the quantitative scores of cough in both groups decreased （1~〈0.001）, and the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Sangpa Zhlke decoction has distinct clinical curative effect for patients with acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis, it can effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, which is safe, reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
