盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破的疗效分析

Clinical effect of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes

目的探讨盐酸利托君联合硫酸镁治疗早产胎膜早破的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的86例早产胎膜早破患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组患者单用硫酸镁治疗,研究组患者采用硫酸镁联合盐酸利托君治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、分娩结局及炎性因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为90.70%,明显高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05);研究组患者的宫缩抑制时间及治疗时间显著短于对照组,孕龄延长时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者早产率显著低于对照组,足月分娩及胎儿存活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3 d后,研究组患者外周血中TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸利托君与硫酸镁联合应用能有效改善患者的分娩结局,抑制炎症反应,延长妊娠时间,缩短治疗时间,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preterm prematrlre rupture of membranes. Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes admitted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into control group and research group according to different treatment methods, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given magnesium sulfate, and the research group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate. The clinical effects, birth outcomes and levels of inflammatory marks of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 90.70%, which was higher than 76.74% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The suppressed time of uterine contraction and treatment time in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and the time of delayed pregnancy in the research group was longer than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The premature delivery rate of the research group was lower than that of the control group, and the term birth rate and the fetal survival rate of the research group were higher than those of the control （P〈0.05）. After 3 days of the treatment, the levels of TNF- or, IL-1 and IL-6 in the research group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes, ritodrine hydrochloride combined with magnesium sulfate can improve the birth outcomes and suppression of inflammation, extend pregnancy time and shorten the time of treatment, which has important clinical value.
