无缝隙护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制和健康知识的改善效果分析

Improvement effect of seamless nursing on glycemic control and health knowledge in patients with diabetic mellitus

目的探讨无缝隙护理对糖尿病患者血糖控制和健康知识的改善效果。方法收集2016年2月至2017年2月就诊于我院内分泌科的糖尿病患者76例,按随机数字法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予无缝隙护理。记录整个住院期间两组患者的血糖控制及健康知识掌握情况。结果护理后,两组患者对糖尿病相关的健康知识掌握程度评分较护理前均显著提高(P<0.05);而观察组患者对糖尿病相关健康知识的掌握程度评分明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);入院时,两组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均明显下降,且观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理能够改善患者血糖控制情况,有助于患者建立对疾病正确认识,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of seamless nursing on glycemic control and health knowledge in patients with diabetic mellitus. Methods Seventy-six cases of patients with diabetic mellitus admitted and treated in our hos- pital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given seamless nursing on the basis of the routine care. The blood glucose control and health knowledge of the two groups were recorded during the whole hospital stay. Results After nursing, the scores of diabetes related to health knowledge of the two groups were signifi- cantly improved than those before nursing （P〈0.05）, and those was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the fasting blood glucose and postorandial 2 h blood glucose in the two groups at admission （/9〉0.05）. Before leaving hospital, the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose in the two groups were decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Seamless nursing can improve blood glucose control in patients with diabetic mellitus, and help patients to establish correct understanding of disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
