快速康复外科护理对外科手术患者恢复效率及护理满意度的影响

Effect of fast track surgery nursing on recovery efficiency and nursing satisfaction in patients with surgery

目的研究快速康复外科护理理念在围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的80例外科手术患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果两组患者手术时间与术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组排便时间、住院时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1 d,两组CRP与IL-6水平均高于术前1 d,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论外科手术患者护理中采用快速康复外科护理方式,可显著缩短患者康复时间,降低术后并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of fast track surgery nursing on the perioperative nursing. Methods Eighty cases of patients with surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group accepted conventional nursing, while the observation group received fast track surgery nursing. The nursing effects between the two groups were compared. Results There was no significantly dif- ference between the two groups in the operation time and the intraoperative blood loss （P〉0.05）. The postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds, defecation time, hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）; 1 d after operation, the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were higher than those at 1 d before operation, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing in patients with surgery can significantly shorten the recovery time of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
