摘要
目的 :比较苍耳子及其炮制品抗菌作用。方法 :分别蘸取相同量的生品和炒制品脂肪油乳浊液或水煎液于 5种细菌的培养基上 ,37℃恒温培养 2 4 h观察抗菌情况。结果 :苍耳子生品和炒制品的脂肪油乳浊液、水煎液对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎双球菌都有效 ,且炒制品抗菌作用比生品更强。结论
Objective:To compare the antibiotic functions of Xanthium sibiricum and its baked ones.Methods:Dip equal emulsion of fatty oil or infusion of raw or baked medicines on the five bacteria's culture medium respectively. Watch its antibiotic conditions for 24 hours by 37℃ constant temperature.Results:The antibiotic functions of baked ones' emsulsion were better than its raw ones', effective to staphylocuccus aureus and diplococcus pneumoniae .Conclusion:To treat acute and chronic rhinitis, baked Xanthium sibiricum is superior to its raw ones.
