摘要
为提高大学生创新实践能力,文章提出了一种新的以项目为驱动的开放实验平台运行模式。该模式结合机电学院各专业特色,引入"慧鱼"创意组合模型,开发多层次实验项目,以项目管理模式运行,转变管理理念,使学生作为主要负责人,负责项目的实施。更新教学大纲和激励制度,充分调动教师和学生的积极性。实践证明,这种新型的开放实验平台不仅提升了学生的创新实践能力,而且很好地将项目管理理念和模式渗透到实践教学中,让学生了解真正的企业项目运行模式,为步入社会做准备。
In order to improve college students' innovative and practice ability, one new opening experiment platform mode which base on project driving come up with in this paper. The mode combines with all meehanieal and electronic specialties, develop muhi-level experiment items with fischerteehnik and operate with project management mode. Change management mind, students will be the project manager, takes charge of project implement. Update syllabus and incentive mechanism, mobilize the initiative of students and teachers. This new opening experiment platform improve students' ereative and practiee ability, and its projeel management idea permeate the practice teaching. students know more about the knowledge of real enterprise project operating mode, it is good for students when they take a real job.
