文章回顾了我国药品创新行政保护体系建立及发展历程及其对产业发展的影响,并结合我国当前实际对今后发展趋势作了展望,以期为我国药品创新行政保护体系完善及制药业发展提供参考。

This paper reviews the establishment and development of administrative protection system for drug innovation in China and its impact on pharmaceutical industry development. Combined with the actual situation, the development trend in the future is prospected in order to provide reference for the development and reform of drug innovation administrative protection system and the development of pharmaceutical industry in China.
