河南省区域土地利用综合效益评价分析

Analysis and evaluation of Henan province regional comprehensive land use efficiency

文章以河南18地市为评价对象,采用极值标准化法、变异系数赋权法,对河南土地利用经济效益进行综合评价分析。结果表明:全省土地利用综合效益整体水平较高,各地市处于中等偏上水平,但空间分布差异较大,呈现出显著"中心-外围"模式。土地利用综合效益较低地区主要依赖于土地高水平资本和人力的投入,土地利用经济效益水平较低。

Taking the 18 cities of Henan as the evaluation object, the economic benefits of land use in Henan were evaluated by using the method of extremum method and coefficient of variation in this paper. The results show that the overall level of comprehensive benefits of land use in Henan is relatively high, while the cities are on the middle level, but the spatial pattern shows a significant ＂center-periphery＂ model. The low of it depends mainly on high level of capital and human input, and the level of economic efficiency of land use is relatively low.
