摘要
集箱典型结构中存在管接头焊缝,其数量大、规格多,难以批量化生产,而且焊接质量一致性差,焊工劳动强度大,焊接效率低。对此锅炉集箱管座自动化焊接系统进行设计并建立数学模型,可为其后的机器人工作站的搭建做好技术准备。
In the typical header structure, there are a lot of pipe joint welds with the features of large quantity, various specifications, no batch production, inconsistency of welding quality, labor intensity and lower welding efficiency,etc. It' s necessary to design an automatic welding system for the boiler header base and establish the mathematical model for it. This work will also make the technical preparation for the robot station in the future.
