Program Design to Prevent Gas Pipeline from Backfire in Walking-beam Furnace

对1580热轧步进式加热炉燃烧系统进行了分析，针对脉冲阀故障可能造成的煤气管道回火，提出了解决方案，有效地防范了脉冲阀延滞、卡阻造成煤气管道回火的现象，保证了加热炉安全稳定运行。

On the basis of the analysis on the combustion system of the walking beam furnace in the 1580mm hot rolling line, put forward a solution to avoid the backfire of the gas pipeline due to the impulse valve failure. It can effectively prevent the gas pipeline from the backfire caused by the delay and clog of impulse valve and guard the safe and steady operation of the beating furnace.
