随着社会的发展,中国就业结构矛盾越来越突出,高等教育机制也随之不断改革。现高校正随着大形势转型改革,参照现代职业教育体系,将学生教育成有文化、有能力的工作者,这对教师就有了很高的要求。文章就以提升教师创新创业教学能力的相关做法以及具体的保障措施进行探讨,由此来巩固教育之本,民族发展之本,推进社会前进的步伐。

With the development of society, Chinese employment structure contradiction is increasingly prominent, the mechanism of higher education also will continue to reform. Colleges and universities are now with the situation of reform, according to the system of modern occupation education, students will be educated to be literate and capable workers, which has a very high request for the teacher. This article discusses how to improve the teaching ability of teachers＇ innovation and entrepreneurship as well as the specific safeguard measures, so as to consolidate the foundation of education and national development, to promote social progress.
