摘要
随着建筑工业化的不断发展,装配式结构工程不断增多,对装配式住宅施工过程中的施工、管理问题提出了更高要求。基于装配式住宅施工阶段存在的问题,运用工作分解结构(WBS)原理,结合预制(PC)结构施工特点,将工作分解结构(WBS)应用到装配式住宅的施工管理中,以提高装配式住宅的施工管理效率,确保完成管理目标。
With the continuous development of the building industrialization, fabricated structure engineering has been increasing, which has put forward higher requirements for construction and management in the construction stage of fabricated structure housings. Based on the problem of the prefabricated housing construction stage,by applying the work breakdown structure（ WBS） method and combining the characteristics of PC structure construction,the work breakdown structure（ WBS） is used for the prefabricated housing construction stage in this paper,which helps to improve the construction management efficiency,and to ensure the management objectives.
