摘要
根据柬埔寨Sky Villa项目双子楼交错式悬挑阳台特点,提出了在每个施工段底部阳台加钢支撑,作为上部阳台施工用支撑平台的方案。该方案避免了装修外架与模板脚手架位置冲突,并可节省大量悬挑钢梁,有较好的经济性与安全性。通过采用MIDAS三维施工过程模拟软件,得到了结构在整个施工过程中的内力与变形,以及加固钢支撑的内力,从而确定了钢支撑选型。
According to the characteristic of twin tower Sky Villa project in Cambodia,the reinforcement scheme by steel braces is proposed to guarantee the strength and stiffness of the cantilevered balcony during the construction process. The proposed scheme can solve the confliction of inner and outside falsework and reduce auxiliary measures. The whole construction process is simulated by software Midas to reveal the internal force and deformation of the structure and the steel braces. Practice reference for the project can be provided by the results.
