摘要
郑州市京广路-沙口路工程高架桥梁基础采用钻孔灌注桩,为控制成孔质量和提高工作效率,实际施工过程中对正反循环回旋转钻头进行多次改进,调整稳定围壁长度和钻齿方向,保证了成孔的垂直度,使工作效率得到很大提高,达到预期目的。
The elevated bridge foundation of Zhengzhou Jingguang Road-Shakou Road project puts to use the drilling pile. In order to control the quality of the hole and improve the working efficiency,the positive and negative circulation rotary drilling bits are improved again and again in the actual construction process. By adjusting the stability of wall length and drill tooth direction,the hole verticality is ensured. Then the working efficiency is greatly improved and the expected goal is reached.
