摘要
目的观察动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(a SAH)患者血清白细胞介素-13(IL-13)水平变化,探讨其临床意义。方法选择2016年12月至2017年2月收治的24例a SAH患者为观察组,随机选择10例健康体检者作为正常组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测两组的血清IL-13含量。24例a SAH患者再根据Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)评分标准、Hunt-Hess分级、改良Fisher分级进行分组,分别测定各组血清IL-13含量。比较各组血清IL-13水平,分析其表达与GCS评分、Fisher分级和Hunt-Hess分级的相关性,探讨血清IL-13水平与发生脑血管痉挛(CVS)关系。结果观察组与正常组血清IL-13含量分别为(68.58±14.07)pg/ml、(45.50±12.39)pg/ml,观察组水平明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清IL-13水平与Fisher分级和Hunt-Hess分级呈正相关,与GCS评分呈负相关。发生CVS患者的血清IL-13含量明显高于未发生CVS患者。结论 IL-13在a SAH患者中分泌增高,其可能参与发病后的病理生理过程并影响a SAH后CVS的发生。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum interleukin 13 (IL-13)level between patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) and the normal population, and discuss the clinical significance. Methods A total of 24 aSAH patients who were admitted from December 2016 to February 2017 were divided into the aSAH group and 10 healthy patients were divided into the control group. The serum levels of IL-13 in both aSAH group and control group were measured by ELISA. The serum levels of IL-13 were compared in different grading methods such as GSC score, Hunt-Hess grade and modified Fisher grade. The correlation between 1L-13 and cerebral vasospasm(CVS) were analyzed. Results The serum IL-13 level inaSAHgroup and control group was ( 68. 58 ± 14.07 ) pg/ml and ( 45.50 ± 12. 39 ) pg/ml, respectively ; the level in aSAHgroup was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 O. 05 ). Serum level of IL-13 was positively correlated with Fisher grade and Hunt-Hess grade, andwas negatively correla- ted with GCS score. The serum IL-13 level in patients with CVS were significantly higher than those without CVS. Conclu- sion The serum IL-13 level increases in aSAHpatients,it may be involved in the pathophysiological processes after patho- genesis and affect the occurrence of CVS after aSAH.
