摘要
新时期我国高校在提升国家软实力、实施文化强国战略中具有举足轻重的作用。大学软实力来自大学的文化,呈现出科学创新的精神文化、兼收并蓄的制度文化、品牌形象的物质文化和共治共享的行为文化的四维结构。大学文化必须经过整合、转化,才能从潜在的文化资源转化为现实的软实力。大学软实力与硬实力相互增效,通过系统传播和意义构建作用于利益相关者的心理层面来发挥作用。未来我国应该从大学内部文化的生产、转化、品牌建设机制和教育服务的对外输出机制和文化的外部再生产机制方面,提升大学软实力。
In the new period,Chinese universities play an important role in promoting the national soft power and implementing the strategy of strengthening the nation by culture.Soft power of universities comes from the university culture which presents four-dimensional structure:the spiritual culture of scientific innovation,inclusive system culture,material culture of brand image and behavioral culture of sharing and co-governance.University culture must be integrated and transformed in order to transform from the potential cultural resources into real soft power.Soft power and hard power of universities enhance each other,and play a role for stakeholderspsychological level through cultural transmission and meaning construction.In the future,China should improve soft power of universities from such aspects as internal cultural production,transformation and brand building mechanism as well as external education service output mechanism and cultural external reproduction mechanism.
