钛微合金化抑制含硼钢角裂工艺优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 对本钢北营炼钢厂5#双流板坯铸机生产低硅含硼钢角裂成因进行了分析,通过对低硅含硼钢采用钛微合金化,结合固氮工艺优化,成功降低了低硅含硼钢铸坯裂纹率,减少了人工清理数量和钢铁料损失,综合效益显著。 The causes leading to the comer cracks on the boron-bearing steel strands with low silicon produced by No.5 double-strand-slab caster in Beiying Steelmaking Plant of Bengang Group Corporation were analyzed. By the method of titanium micro-alloying and optimizing the nitrogen fixation technology, the cracking percentage of comer cracks on the boron-bearing steel strands with low silicon was reduced while the manual cleaning work for the strands and the loss of iron and steel were also reduced and comprehensive benefits was remarkable.
