摘要
鞍钢股份有限公司冷轧厂连退机组在生产极薄软钢时,经常出现炉内带钢褶皱缺陷,严重影响了生产运行及合同交付。对此进行了深入分析,并制订出降低炉内带钢张力、优化炉区温度、更换炉辊等措施,实施后杜绝了炉内带钢褶皱缺陷,提高了连退机组的作业率,使废品率大幅降低。
The corrugated the ultra-thin mild steel by Angang Steel Co., Ltd., which defects often occurred on the surface of the strip steel in producing the continuous annealing unit in Cold Rolled Strip Steel Mill of seriously influenced the production and the delivery by contract. For this, the deep analysis to deal with these troubles was carried out and such measures as reducing the strip tension inside the furnace, optimizing the temperature of the furnace zone and replacing the rollers were formulated. After the measures were taken, the corrugated defects were completely eradicated and the operating rate of the continuous annealing unit was improved and the rejection rate of the strip steel was greatly reduced.
