The measuring principle of Uni pretreatment system in Metrological Factory of calorimeter and the working principle of the Angang Steel Co., Ltd. were introduced and simultaneously the improvement plan for shooting the troubles occurred in the pretreatment system was proposed. After the improvement plan was carried out, the maintenance cost for the calorimeter in operation was cut down while the operating efficiency was improved.
