精细化护理配合心理护理对中晚期异常妊娠产妇的引产价值体会

Experience of refinement nursing combined with psychological nursing for induction of labor in middle and late stage pregnant women

目的:探讨对中晚期异常妊娠引产产妇行精细化护理联合心理护理干预的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月至2017年1月本院收治的86例中晚期异常妊娠产妇作为研究对象,随机分为联合组和单一组,各43例。联合组行心理护理联合精细化护理,单一组仅行心理护理干预,观察并比较两组心理状态的改善情况以及护理满意度。结果:两组护理前的焦虑和抑郁评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后联合组的焦虑评分(39.24±3.02)分和抑郁评分(40.05±3.17)分均低于单一组的(49.65±3.75)分、(48.63±3.41)分,联合组的护理满意人数40例(93.02%)显著高于单一组的31例(72.09%),P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结论:对中晚期异常妊娠引产产妇行心理护理联合精细化护理干预,不仅能够提高产妇对于护理服务的满意度,同时,还能够有效改善产妇的负面心理情绪。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of fine nursing intervention and psychological nursing intervention in middle and late abnormal pregnancy.Methods：From January 2016 to January 2017,86 patients with moderate and middle pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups：the combined group and the single group（n=43）.Combined group of psychological care＋fine care,a single group only psychological care intervention,observation and comparison of two groups of mental state improvement and nursing satisfaction.Results：There were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.The scores of anxiety group（39.24±3.02）and depression score（40.05±3.17）in the combined group were lower than those in the single group（49.65（93.02%）was significantly lower than that in the single group（72.09%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It is not only possible to improve the patient＇s satisfaction with the nursing service,but also to improve the negative psychological emotion of the patients in the middle and late stage.
