摘要
目的探讨血清脂滴蛋白5(perilipin 5)水平与冠心病发生的相关性。方法入选临床诊断为冠心病的患者113例作为冠心病组,其中急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndromes,ACS)55例,稳定性心绞痛(stable angina pectoris,SAP)58例,同期选择在我院经冠状动脉造影排除冠心病的113例年龄性别匹配人群作为对照组,用酶联免疫吸附法检测入选者的血清脂滴蛋白5水平。分析脂滴蛋白5水平与冠心病危险因素的相关性,采用多因素logistic回归分析血清脂滴蛋白5水平与冠心病的相关性。结果冠心病组患者血清脂滴蛋白5水平显著低于对照组(2.69μg/L vs 4.29μg/L,P<0.01);ACS患者血清脂滴蛋白5水平显著低于SAP患者(2.30μg/L vs 3.29μg/L,P<0.01)。Spearman相关性分析显示,血清脂滴蛋白5水平与HDL-C水平呈正相关(r=0.186,P=0.005)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,低血清脂滴蛋白5水平是冠心病的独立危险因素(OR=0.736,95%CI:0.603~0.898,P=0.003)。结论冠心病患者血清脂滴蛋白5水平较低,低血清脂滴蛋白5水平是冠心病的独立危险因素,可能可以作为冠心病新的生化指标。
Objective To study the association between serum perilipin 5 level and coronoary heart disease(CHD).Methods One hundred and thirteen CHD patients including 55 with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and 58 with stable angina pectoris(SAP)served as a CHD group,and 113 age-and gender-matched CHD-free persons served as a control group in this study.Their serum perilipin 5 levels were measured by ELISA.Association between serum perilipin 5 level and risk factors for CHD was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The serum perilipin 5 level was significantly lower in CHD group than in control group and in ACS patients than in SAP patients(2.69μg/L vs 4.29μg/L,P0.01;2.30μg/L vs 3.29μg/L,P0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum perilipin 5 level was positively associated with serum HDL-C level(r=0.186,P〈0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that low serum perilipin 5 level was an independent risk factor for CHD(OR=0.736,95%CI:0.603-0.898,P=0.003).Conclusion The serum perilipin 5 level is low in CHD patients.Low serum perilipin 5 level is an independent risk factor for CHD and can thus be used as a biochemical indicator for CHD.
