教育信息化背景下构建终身学习“立交桥”的新思路——慕课

A New Idea of MOOC as a Bridge to Lifelong Learning under the Background of Educational Informationization

随着互联网以及数字技术的不断发展,教育信息化已经成为当代教育的流行趋势,全民教育、优质教育、个性化学习和终身学习已成为信息时代教育发展的重要特征。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》明确指出:"信息技术对教育发展具有革命性影响,必须予以高度重视"。国务院印发的《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》提出"构建衔接沟通各级各类教育、认可多种学习成果的终身学习‘立交桥’"的目标,再一次强调了终身学习的重要性。本文从慕课的角度出发,分析了在教育信息化背景下利用慕课实现终身教育的优势,并对其未来发展前景进行了探讨。

With the continuous development of lntemet and digital technology,educational informatization has become the popular trend of contemporary education,universal education,quality education,personalized learning and lifelong learning has become an important feature of educational development in the information age.＂The National Guidelines for Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development （2010-2020） ＂clearly states：＂We must attach great importance to information technology which has a revolutionary impact on the development of education＂. ＂Suggestions on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Enrolment System＂,issued by the State Council,put forward to ＂build cohesion to communicate with all levels of education,recognize a variety of learning outcomes of lifelong learning ＇Overpass＇＂,once again stressed the importance of lifelong learning. From the point of view of MOOC,this paper analyzes the advantages of using MOOC to realize lifelong education under the background of educational informationizafion,and discusses the future development of it.
