高校辅导员案例教学中的哲学思辨

Philosophical Speculation in Case Teaching of College Counselors

高校辅导员扮演着指导学生德、智、体全面发展的重要角色。当前我国辅导员与大学生的比例偏低,多数采用群体性教育启发学生,许多经典的案例故事频繁被不加思辨地引用。作者首先给出了辅导员经常给大学生讲述的两个案例,然后对这些案例进行了抽象化的分析,最后给出了这些案例真正的启示。结论是,大学辅导员不可对这些案例进行生搬硬套,应当巩固自己的哲学思辨素养。

College counselors play an important role in instructing students to be all-round development of morality,inteUigence,and physique. Currently,the ratio of counselors to students in China is relatively low,compared with other countries,thus counselors often instruct students as class-typed groups. However,many traditional cases are introduced to the students without deep philosophical speculation. In this paper,we firstly set out two traditional cases which were repeatedly quoted by college counselors,then conducted an abstract analysis about these cases,finally we put forward the precise enlightenment of these cases. Our conclusion is that these cases should not be applied or copied mechanically by college counselors. A successfial college counselor should enhance his quality of philosophical speculation.
